Together we will work on identifying the underlying root of the low self-esteem and/or low self-worth. We will then work to unravel these previously held beliefs that have been holding you back. We may use a Cognitive Behavioral Approach or utilize Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to “re-wire” these beliefs. Along the way, we will also identify and alter any maladaptive thought processes and cognitive distortions that are blurring your reality. Additionally, we will implement self-compassion skills and make some other behavioral changes.
